ABOUT CARIBBEAN REALTY LIMITED
Caribbean Realty Limited is the leader in BVI Real Estate and has been serving the property needs of the British Virgin Islands since the early 1990's. We are located in the centre of Road Town, Tortola, upstairs in the Mill Mall, Wickham's Cay 1. We have grown considerably over the years and now our new office, which seemed so large and roomy when we first moved in, sometimes feels a little “tight”. We now boast a dedicated property management team that deals with the day to day running of over 140 long-term rental properties. We have our own maintenance department to help with those minor emergencies and regular tasks to keep the houses looking spick and span. The sales team has their own side of the office and the conference room is frequently occupied with office meetings and presentations. Two more vehicles have also been added to the fleet, making it easier to schedule viewings and inspections. Altogether, in office, we have twelve staff. We get to see the maintenance man daily for his list of tasks and we have gardeners and maids assigned to their various houses around the island. A lot of staff which adds up to a lot of experience.
